At the Eagle Creek Wellness
Center, our physical therapist will
work with you to restore,
maintain, and
promote overall fitness and health. We provide therapy services that
help improve mobility, relieve pain, and restore function in those suffering
from spinal or extremity problems.
During the initial visit, an
examination is done to test and measure strength, range of motion, balance
and
coordination, posture, and muscle performance. Treatment often
includes exercise for patients who lack flexibility, strength, and
endurance. If needed, electrical stimulation, hot packs or cold
compresses, and ultrasound may be used to relieve pain and reduce selling.
Traction or deep-tissue massage may also be used
as part of treatment during therapy sessions.
 The ultimate goal at our
clinic is to improve overall quality of life by changing how our patients
function at work and at home.
